Vote on Proposed Bylaws Updates

Dear Members,

Our organization is evolving, and it is vital that our governing documents keep pace. Over the past two years, the Bylaws Review Committee has conducted a comprehensive review of our current bylaws to ensure they reflect our current operations and future goals.

We are now seeking your formal approval of these updates. To ensure you have full clarity before casting your vote, we have provided four key resources for your review:

Review Materials

  1. Current Bylaws: Our existing governing document for your reference.

  2. Redline Comparison (Word Doc): A tracked-changes version showing every specific addition and deletion.

  3. Summary Table of Changes: A side-by-side comparison of the original and proposed language, including a rationale for each update.

  1. Proposed Bylaws (Clean Version): A final draft of how the bylaws will read if adopted.
