2019 ICTM Annual Conference Registration

Member Pricing: To receive the member pricing discount, you must login to our system using your ICTM username (usually the e-mail at which you receive ICTM e-mails) and password. If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted to do so when you start the registration process. If you are not a member, you will have the option of becoming a member as part of the registration process to obtain discounted pricing.

Special Pricing Information |
- Primary Speaker fee is $60. They were sent a unique registration link. Only the Primary Speaker receives the discounted rate.
- Administrators attending with at least one teacher from their district are eligible for a special $50 rate, and should contact [email protected] for details.
- Groups of 5 of more from the same district are eligible for a discounted rate ($25 off per person) and should contact [email protected] for more information. This only applies to full registrations for both days of the conference.
- Registrants may bring a non-teaching guest (ex: significant other, relative) for $40 and should register their guest using the paper form.

Notes about Payment Options, Invoices, and Registering Others

- Online registration is highly preferred. The online system gives options of paying by credit card, check, or purchase order.
- For unique situations, a paper-registration form is available.
- If your school requires an invoice, you can create one yourself in the online registration process by selecting the "Create Invoice" payment option.
- If you are a school staff person wanting to register others, here are your options: (1) If they already are in the ICTM system (member, past-member, prospect) and receive occasional e-mails from ICTM, obtain their ICTM username & password information and register using their profile. (2) If they are new to the ICTM system, you can create a "New User" account for them during the online registration process, or (3) Submit a paper form for each individual registrant.
