2022 ICTM Conference Exhibitor Information

The Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics will be holding its 2022 Annual Conference on October 29. This will be a fully in-person conference at the NIU Conference Center in Naperville. Sponsorships from organizations like yours make it possible for us to offer this important professional development opportunity to teachers at more affordable rates. It is also an effective way to let Illinois teachers and school districts become aware of the opportunities and products your organization offers. We anticipate hundreds of PreK-12 teachers across IL attending this conference. Here are some other details of interest for potential Exhibitors:

  • Registration starts at 7:45 and the conference program runs from 8:30 - 4:00.
  • The NIU Conference Center has a large atrium that will be used for registration, breakfast/snack tables, and the “exhibitor hall”.  Instead of “booths”, vendors will use 6 foot table spaces.  All spaces will have access to power and will be given table linens.  The Atrium will be a highly trafficked space during the conference.
  • There is a one-hour slot for boxed lunches that registrants can eat anywhere in the building.  That will be the main “open time” in which people can spend longer periods of time visiting with vendors. There are no sessions during that lunch break.
  • We will be using a digital conference program.  That conference program will have a “Virtual Exhibitor Hall” that will include clickable vendor logos that will take participants to either a special Google Slide with information from the vendor and/or to their website.
